		<description>Just wanted to clarify that the catalog isn't from Edmund Scientific, but Edmund Optics. The two companies split in 2000 and Edmund Scientific is now owned by Science Kit.

		<description>Hi, I came over to your blog from Pandagon and noticed that you're the second person I've seen linking to that Edmund catalog thread ("Allyson" from that thread is an old online acquaintance of mine). It struck me how in that thread and the "How to blow Larry Summers’ mind" discussion at Pandagon, there were a number of folks struggling mightily to misunderstand what the issue was.</description>
